"Oh beauty!"
Congratulations to our Raffle Prize Winner

Oh beauty indeed! For just a fiver, our lucky raffle prize winner has picked up a bottle of vintage 1993 Bin 95 Penfold Grange valued at over $400.

The bottle was generously donated to us by Rose White, who thinks up and organises ways for us to market ourselves - thank you Rose. When we told him, winner Gavin Bennett exclaimed, "Oh! You're joking!...Oh beauty! Good on you. Well done. Do I need my ticket? Beauty, I'd better come and pick it up then."

And he did!

The raffle was drawn on Friday 4 April, live on air at 3:00 p.m.. Proceeds from the raffle will be put towards our Country Music Showcase concert, Bringing The Country to the Beach, in August. The Wolverines and the Redlands Bluegrass Boys will be there as well as our local boy Chad Shuttleworth. The money raised at this concert will be shared with Cystic Fibrosis Queensland. Be sure to put the date in your diary now! It's Saturday 16 August.
